Delete your Card Duel account

You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: in the game (fastest)

Open Card Duel and sign in to the account you want to delete.
On the main menu, tap the gear icon (Settings).
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: by e-mail

If you cannot open the game, send an e-mail to Yacsoft.play@gmail.com with the subject "Card Duel account deletion" and write your username (and your friend code, which looks like CD-ABC123, if you remember it). We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

your account, username, avatar and sign-in data (password hash, Google Play Games link);
your progress: level, gold, gems, card collection, decks, quests, achievements, season pass;
your match history and replays, friend list and friend requests.

What may be kept

anonymized records of purchase transactions, where accounting or tax law requires it;
short-lived technical server logs, which are removed automatically after a limited time.

Deleting an account cannot be undone. Items bought with real money are lost together with the account. Purchases made through Google Play can be managed in your Google Play account.
