Card Duel · Last updated: October 10, 2026
This policy explains what information the game Card Duel (package com.yacsoft.cardduel) collects, why, and what choices you have. The game is published by YacSoft ("we", "us"). Contact: Yacsoft.play@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: the username you choose, your avatar choice and a password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash; we cannot read them. If you sign in with Google Play Games, we receive a one-time authorization code, verify it with Google and store your Play Games player ID. We do not receive your Google password or your e-mail address.
- Game data: level, experience, gold, gems, hearts, card collection, decks, quests, achievements, season pass progress, league rating, match history and match replays, your friend code, friend requests and friendships, and the preset emotes you use in matches. The game has no free-text chat.
- Purchase information: when you buy an in-app product, Google Play gives us a purchase token and an order ID so that we can verify the purchase and deliver your items. We never receive your payment card details.
- Advertising: the game can show optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your advertising ID, IP address and device information as described in Google's advertising policy. We only learn that you watched an ad so that we can give you the reward.
- Technical data: IP address and request logs on our servers, used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. They are kept only for a limited time.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.
2. How we use it
- to run the game: sign-in, saving progress, online matches, matchmaking, rankings and friends;
- to verify and deliver purchases and rewards;
- to show rewarded ads;
- to keep the game secure and fair (rate limiting, cheat and abuse prevention);
- to fix bugs and improve the game.
3. What other players can see
Your username, avatar, level, league, ranking points and selected badge are visible to other players in rankings, friend lists and matches. Your friend code lets other players send you a friend request.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the game: Google (Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, AdMob), Cloudflare (network traffic processing) and our cloud hosting provider (server infrastructure). We may disclose information if the law requires it.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account and its data at any time: in the game under Settings → Delete account, or by following the steps on the account deletion page. When an account is deleted, its game data, match history, replays, friend relations and sign-in data are removed. Records of purchase transactions may be kept in anonymized form where accounting or tax law requires it.
6. Children
Card Duel is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the higher minimum age that applies in your country). If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Connections to our servers are encrypted (HTTPS/WSS). Passwords are stored as hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. International processing
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the European Union and the United States, under their own data protection safeguards.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or the Turkish KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing and to complain to a data protection authority. Write to Yacsoft.play@gmail.com to use these rights.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will also be announced in the game.
